Cancellation and Refund Policy

Before you book:

You can find cancellation details on the bottom of our website and during the booking process—before you pay. Please read our cancellation policy before booking your desire service. We will deduct  10% of booking money as a service charge in addition to our specific cancellation policies for specific packages.

Sundorbon and Other Packages:

  1. Rentamo will refund 80% of the booking money if you cancel one month before the reservation date.
  2. Rentamo will refund  30% of the booking money if you cancel 20 days before the reservation date.
  3. No refund will be provided if you cancel your booking within 20 days of your reservation date.

Hotel and Resort Booking:

  1. Rentamo will refund 80% of the booking money if you cancel one month before the reservation date.
  2. Rentamo will refund  30% of the booking money if you cancel 15 days before the reservation date.
  3. No refund will be provided if you cancel your booking within 15 days of your reservation date.

Airline Tickets:

  • Refund will be provided according to the airlines’ refund policies.

Ship Tickets:

  • No refund will be provided after the booking.

Apartment Booking:

  • No refund will be provided after the booking.

 

**Refund will be provided within 5 working days.

 

We reserve the right to modify this cancelation & Refund Policy at any time in accordance with applicable law. If we do so, we will post the revised Cancelation & Refund Policy and update the “Last Updated” date at the top. In case of material changes, we will also provide you with notice of the modification by email at least thirty (30) days before the effective date. If you disagree with the revised Cancelation & Refund Policy, you can cancel your Account. If you do not cancel your account before the date the revised Cancelation & Refund Policy becomes effective, your continued access to or use of the Rentamo Platform will be subject to the revised Cancelation & Refund Policy.
